The wheel picked

How to use the wheel

  1. Type names one at a time, or paste a whole list, one per line or separated by commas. It holds up to 100 names.
  2. Press Spin. The name the pointer lands on is picked.
  3. Picking more than one? Take the winner off the list with the Remove button in the result, then spin again, so no one comes up twice.

Is it fair?

Every name gets an equal slice, so everyone has the same chance. The pick is drawn in your browser with cryptographic randomness (Web Crypto), the kind used for security, so no one can predict it.

Good for

Calling on students, choosing who presents first, drawing a giveaway winner, or deciding who buys coffee. Your list stays in this browser, so the same names are ready to roll the dice or play the ladder game.
